The map shows where. The photo shows the rest. Places & Photos is a 2027 wall calendar that pairs a map of a place you choose with a photo of your own, set in a circle beside the caption. A first home, a family reunion, a city you’re finally going to see: each month brings the place and the picture together on one page.

How it works

1. Choose a place for each month. Search for it, then move and zoom the map until it sits where you want it.

2. Pick a map style: soft and pale, rich and dark, or anything in between.

3. Add your photo. Upload it, then crop and zoom to choose what shows in the circle.

4. Add your words: a title and a line or two about the month. The coordinates are worked out for you from the map. Keep them on the page or switch them off.

5. Preview every page before you order. What you see is what’s printed.

Why it’s more than a photo calendar

• The photo has a setting. Instead of filling the page, your photo sits in a framed circle beside a designed map, so the place it was taken, or the place it’s leading to, is part of the picture.

• The maps are artwork. Most of the styles are designed in our own studio, and every one is chosen to hold its own on a wall.

• Every page shares one design. The same type, circle, caption band and layout run through all twelve months, so different photos and places hang together as one calendar.

• It’s made to order. Printed in the UK on Mohawk Superfine paper (280gsm covers, 118gsm pages) and coil-bound in black. Each month’s dates sit on the page below the artwork, and the calendar opens to A3 on the wall.
