Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
All Custom Map Creations products are made to order and personalised using the details you provide at checkout. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect information entered during ordering — such as spelling, dates, locations, or design choices
- Orders that are no longer required
The live preview shows exactly how your finished piece will look before you order. Please check your personalisation carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@custommapcreations.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
We will offer a replacement or, where that isn't possible, a full refund. If a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we'll cover the return postage.
Colour Variations
Colours may appear slightly different in print compared to how they look on screen — differences in monitor settings and the printing process can cause minor variations. The live preview gives a reliable guide, but small differences are normal and are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items move quickly into production, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after ordering — usually within a few hours. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@custommapcreations.com and we'll do what we can before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Returns Process
Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the return address and next steps. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Lost Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@custommapcreations.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll keep you informed and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
