Colours can vary slightly between screens and print — every monitor displays colour differently, and printed ink behaves differently to backlit pixels. We take colour accuracy seriously and the live preview gives a reliable guide to how your finished piece will look. Minor variations can occur but we aim to produce results that are as close to the preview as possible.
Most customers receive their order within 3–7 working days from placing it. All items are made to order — production typically takes 1–2 working days, after which your order is dispatched.
Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working days after dispatch, free on all orders.
Express delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days after dispatch, available at checkout.
Because items go into production quickly, changes aren't always possible — but contact us as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to help before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Because every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check your personalisation carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve the issue. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Some postcodes — including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and Scottish islands — are excluded at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email — that's the quickest way to check its progress. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away.
