Production Time
All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, production typically takes 1–2 working days before dispatch. During busy periods such as holidays, this may occasionally be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We're unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Scottish islands, or other offshore UK territories.
Delivery Options
Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working days after dispatch, free on all orders.
Express delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days after dispatch, available at checkout.
Delivery times begin after production is complete. Most customers receive their order within 3–7 working days from placing it.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Where an item is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
