Production Time

All items at Custom Map Creations are made to order. Production times vary by product — the estimated production time for each item is shown on its product page.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Scottish islands, or other offshore UK territories. We hope to expand shipping destinations in the future.

Delivery Options

•        Free tracked standard delivery, 2–3 business days after dispatch — on all orders

•        Tracked express delivery, 1–2 business days after dispatch — available at checkout

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production begins.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Where an item is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
