Personalised Route Map Print — Terrain | Landscape

A custom-built terrain map of anywhere in the world — hillshade and contour, warm parchment land, sage green woodland, and cool blue water — with your GPS route traced over it in your chosen colour. A print that earns its wall space.

Upload your route from Strava or a GPX file, choose your map style, route colour and font, then add your title and any details you want beneath it. A live preview updates as you personalise, so you can see exactly what will be printed before you order. Every combination is unique to you.

What you personalise

  • Route — upload from Strava or a GPX file  
  • Map style — choose how much detail you want on your
    map:
    "Terrain" — hillshade and contours, clean and uncluttered       
    "Terrain - Named " — the same map with place names, villages, peaks and parks labelled
  • Route colour — choose the colour your route is traced in: Strava Orange  ·  Summit Red  ·  Alpine Violet  ·  Flare Yellow
  • Font style — choose your title and subtitle fonts: Each font has a suggested companion but every font in the collection works beautifully together, so feel free to mix and match to find the combination that feels right for your print
  • Title colour — choose your title in your route colour for a matched look, or in Trail Ink for a calm editorial neutral. The subtitle stays in Trail Ink across all options
  • Title — the name of your route, up to 50 characters e.g. West
    Highland Way  ·  London Marathon 2026  ·  Our Sunday Ride     
  • Subtitle — any details you want beneath the title, up to 80
    characters  e.g. 96 miles · June 2025 · Sarah, Tom and Jack walked together

Map style Two map styles to choose from: "Terrain" (clean, no labels) and "Terrain- Named" (place names, villages, peaks and national parks labelled). Both custom-built exclusively for Custom Map Creations using Mapbox — the professional mapping platform used by designers and developers worldwide.

Warm parchment land, sage green woodland, cool blue water, and rich hillshade terrain — a map that shows the shape of the land your route crosses.

Route Colours Four considered colours, each matched to the title text: Strava (orange) · Summit (red) · Alpine (violet) · Flare (yellow)

Fonts Four curated pairings — Ridgeline, Summit, Waypoint, Traverse — each with its own carefully chosen title and subtitle typeface, from bold condensed to flowing serif. Mix and match or follow the suggested pairing.
